Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

SynerG provides specialized pelvic floor and orthopedic care for people experiencing leakage, pain, heaviness, or postpartum changes. Our evidence-based approach focuses on restoring function and improving quality of life through personalized clinical care.

Bladder & Bowel Concerns

We address issues like urgency, frequency, and leakage by strengthening and retraining the pelvic floor muscles. Physical therapy helps you regain control and confidence in your daily activities.

Pelvic Pain & Heaviness

Chronic discomfort or a feeling of pressure can often be linked to muscle tension or weakness. Our therapists use targeted manual techniques and exercises to alleviate pain and restore support.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Support

We support your body through the significant changes of pregnancy and recovery. PT can help with diastasis recti, back pain, and preparing the pelvic floor for a smoother return to movement.

What kinds of symptoms can pelvic health PT help with?

We commonly see people with leakage, urgency, pelvic or tailbone pain, heaviness or prolapse, bowel changes, and pregnancy or postpartum concerns. If you’re not sure whether your symptoms fit, you’re welcome to call and ask.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit includes a detailed conversation about your history, a movement and posture assessment, and, when appropriate, a gentle pelvic floor exam. We explain every step and you can always say no to any part of the exam.
